Subang Jaya Medical Centre is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Sime Darby Group, one of Malaysia's largest conglomerates that has interests in plantations, tyre manufacturing, property development, motor vehicle and heavy equipment assembly and distribution, and oil and gas. It is an internationally accredited tertiary care medical center serving the primary and tertiary health care needs of the region.
Located about half an hour's drive from the Kuala Lumpur International Airprort (KLIA) and in the vicinity of a suburban lake, Subang Jaya Medical Centre functions as a regional referral center in selected sub-specialty medical disciplines including Cardiovascular and thoracic surgery, Stereotactic Radiotherapy and Radio surgery, Nuclear Medicine, Vascular Interventional Radiology, Blood / Marrow Transplant, Liver Transplant Surgery, Urology, Infertility Management and Cytogenetics. All other major sub-specialties are also represented at Subang Jaya Medical Centre.
They have a broad range of medical and surgical specialist services, supported by modern operating theatres, laboratory and radiological facilities. Their comprehensively stocked pharmacy caters to both patients from MMSG as well as prescriptions from other doctors.
